Sian is an accomplished estate agent, with over 12 years of experience in the property industry. Having honed her skills in London, working on high end developments, Sian made the decision to return to her roots in Sittingbourne, a town she has called home for over 33 years. Her extensive knowledge of Sittingbourne and its surrounding areas is complemented by her diverse experience in various roles in the property sector, including Customer Care Coordinator, Quality Control Assessor, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Manager and Branch Manager.

Sian's journey into being an Independent Estate Agent was inspired by her own experience with subpar services whilst purchasing a home. Driven by a desire to transform the industry, she specialises in both Sales and Lettings, holding an ARLA Lettings Qualification, that enables her to provide additional property management services to high standards to clients.

Renowned for her personable approach, Sian finds her greatest joy in the satisfaction of her clients. She prides herself on building strong relationships and delivering the one to one service that is often lacking in the industry. Motivated, driven and equipped with a sense of humour , Sian is committed to fulfilling her goal of taking the stress away from clients buying, selling or renting homes, as well as always striving to exceed expectations.

Outside of her professional sphere, Sian is a dedicated mum, and animal mum. The best things must come in threes, as she balances her life between 3 sons (12, 7, 1), 3 horses and 3 dogs!
